My background was obtained in the traditional medical model for my undergraduate and graduate education. After I achieved my dream of becoming a Nurse Practitioner, I realized that the traditional medical system is failing patients and their providers.
I was burnt out and undernourished. I researched and continued my education on nourishing the mind, body, and spirit to enhance my performance inside and outside the gym. As addressed imbalances and optimized my nutrition, I began to feel better than ever without a "sexy" diet. I knew I needed to use my knowledge to help others.
Now, here I am, ready to help you on your journey to start thriving!

Now, I help active individuals optimize their nutrition and lifestyle to build strength, improve performance, and feel their best—inside and outside the gym.

My journey with health and nutrition has been anything but linear. For years, I struggled with body image, weight fluctuations, restrictive diets, excessive exercise, and burnout—all in the name of "health." I followed every trend: low-fat, low-carb, vegetarian, cutting out entire food groups… you name it, I tried it. But instead of feeling better, I felt exhausted, frustrated, and stuck.
I pushed my body to its limits—training for a marathon (running and strength training) while working full-time in an ICU, completing grad school, balancing clinicals, and being a toddler mom and wife. I thought I was doing everything right, but I hit an all-time low. I was overtraining, under-fueling, and completely depleted.
So, I did what I do best—I researched, listened, learned, and tested. I began to shift my focus from restriction to nourishment, from punishment to support. I stopped fighting my body and started working with it. And everything changed.
